ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc (ZCCM-IH) is Zambia's premier state-owned mining investment holding company, listed on the Lusaka Securities Exchange with secondary listings on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Access Paris. As the successor to Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Ltd (ZCCM), ZCCM-IH holds strategic minority equity stakes in virtually all of Zambia's major copper mining operations — including Kansanshi (20% stake), Mopani (49%), Konkola Copper Mines (20.6%), Lumwana, Chambishi Metals and Chibuluma Mines — as well as significant interests in Zambia's energy sector through Copperbelt Energy Corporation, Maamba Collieries and the Itimpi Solar Plant. The Zambian Government (through IDC) holds 60.3% of ZCCM-IH, with NAPSA holding 15% and the remainder held by approximately 4,000 private investors across 29 countries. In 2024, ZCCM-IH posted its best-ever financial results, recording a net profit of ZMW 39.85 billion (approximately USD 1.52 billion). The company employs approximately 610 staff at its Lusaka headquarters and across offices in Kitwe, Ndola and Kalulushi.
