About
Osino Resources Corp is the Namibian operating entity developing the Twin Hills Gold Project — the largest undeveloped gold deposit in Namibia — located in the Karibib district of the Erongo Region, approximately 220 kilometres west of Windhoek. In 2023, Gold Fields Limited acquired Osino Resources for approximately C$368 million, making Twin Hills a Gold Fields development asset. The project has a JORC-compliant gold resource of approximately 4.5 million ounces and is targeting annual production of approximately 170,000 ounces of gold over a 10+ year mine life. The Namibian entity Osino Resources continues to operate the development programme and community engagement for the project under Gold Fields ownership. Twin Hills represents a significant addition to Namibia's gold production, which previously relied primarily on the B2Gold Otjikoto mine and the Navachab mine operated by QKR Namibia. Construction activities and community engagement at Twin Hills continued through 2025, with the project targeted to achieve first production in 2026.
