The Jean Boulle Group is an international investment group founded by Jean-Raymond Boulle with a 40-year track record of mineral exploration and mine development across Africa and globally. The group has completed transactions worth over USD 5 billion. In Angola, the group operates through JBDM Ltd (Jean Boulle Diamond Mining), which holds the N'Dumba kimberlite and alluvial diamond concession in Lunda Norte Province — a 222 km² project with ten confirmed kimberlite pipes. In February 2025, JBDM formalised a joint venture with Endiama EP for the N'Dumba concession at Mining Indaba in Cape Town. The group's commodity expertise spans diamonds, copper, nickel, gold and mineral sands with assets in Africa, Greenland and North America.
