Hummingbird Resources plc (AIM: HUM) is a UK-listed multi-asset, multi-jurisdiction gold producer with assets in Mali, Guinea and Liberia. In Mali, Hummingbird operates the Yanfolila Gold Mine, located approximately 190 kilometres south of Bamako in the Bougouni District through its subsidiary Société des Mines de Komana SA. Yanfolila is an open-pit gold mine that commenced production in December 2017, producing approximately 80,000–120,000 ounces of gold per year. In January 2025, Hummingbird reached a US$16.4 million settlement agreement with the Malian Government under the 2023 Mining Code, securing the right to continue operating Yanfolila and establishing a framework for future development. Hummingbird also holds the Dugbe Gold Project in Liberia — one of West Africa's largest undeveloped gold projects — and the Kouroussa Gold Mine in Guinea. Hummingbird is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
