About
Deep Yellow Limited (ASX: DYL) is an ASX-listed uranium development company advancing a dual-pillar growth strategy to become a tier-one, low-cost uranium producer. Deep Yellow's flagship asset is the Tumas Uranium Project in Namibia — a 22-year life-of-mine paleochannel deposit located approximately 30 kilometres south of the Husab and Rössing mines in the Erongo Region, targeting production of 3.6 million pounds of uranium oxide per year. In late 2023, Tumas received its mining licence from the Namibian Ministry of Mines and Energy. A Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) completed in 2023 confirmed Tumas as a long-life, world-class uranium operation. A Final Investment Decision was initially targeted for 2025 but was deferred in April 2025 pending improvement in uranium market conditions. Deep Yellow also holds the Mulga Rock uranium project in Western Australia and exploration licences at Omahola (Namibia) and Alligator River (Northern Territory). The company holds the largest uranium resource base of any ASX-listed company at approximately 430 million pounds, and maintains a Namibian operational office in Swakopmund.
