About
Atlantic Lithium Limited is an AIM and ASX-listed lithium exploration and development company advancing its flagship Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana's Central Region towards production as Ghana's first lithium mine. The Ewoyaa project is a significant spodumene pegmatite discovery with a JORC-compliant resource of 36.8 million tonnes at 1.24% Li₂O — one of the most advanced pre-construction hard rock lithium projects globally. The project has received all key permits including a Mining Lease (October 2023), an EPA Permit (September 2024) and a Mine Operating Permit (October 2024). A definitive feasibility study released in June 2023 outlines production of 3.6 million tonnes of spodumene concentrate over a 12-year mine life through open-pit mining and Dense Medium Separation processing. The project is located within 110 kilometres of an operating deep-sea port and adjacent to a major highway and grid power. Atlantic Lithium holds a co-development agreement with Elevra Lithium for the Ewoyaa project, with Ghana's Minerals Income Investment Fund (MIIF) also holding a 6% contributing interest. The company is listed on AIM (ALL), ASX (A11), GSE (ALLGH) and OTCQX (ALLIF).
