About
Allied Gold Corporation (TSX: AAUC; NYSE: AAUC) is a Canadian international gold mining company with a high-quality portfolio of long-life assets in Mali, Côte d'Ivoire and Ethiopia. In Mali, Allied Gold operates the Sadiola Gold Mine — one of Mali's largest gold producers — located in the Kayes Region near the Senegal border, through its subsidiary Sadiola Exploration Company. Allied Gold acquired Sadiola in 2022 following the exit of AngloGold Ashanti and IAMGOLD from the joint venture. Sadiola is an open-pit operation processing both oxide and sulphide ore, with a mine life extending beyond 2030. In September 2024, Allied Gold agreed in principle with the Malian Government to a 10-year permit renewal for Sadiola — the first mine subject to Mali's 2023 revised Mining Code — and in September 2025, Mali ratified the formal mining agreement under the new code. Allied Gold's broader portfolio includes the Agbaou and Bonikro mines in Côte d'Ivoire, and the Kurmuk development project in Ethiopia. Allied Gold is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
